PLEASE NOTE: On THURSDAY, JULY 18th, we will be chip-sealing (paving) the LOWER PORTION of Sheringham Point Road (from the large turnaround / parking area to Lighthouse Road). This may require EXTENDED CLOSURES of the road throughout the day.
To avoid the road work, you can use the upper parking area and walk along the trail to access the Lighthouse (note: this is about 500m additional walking distance). Or please schedule your trip to the Lighthouse for a different day.
This work is necessary to prevent further erosion of the roadway.
